Victoria's Secret stores will become more inclusive and add plus-size mannequins
Victoria's Secret is set to make some major changes, including adding plus-size mannequins to its stores.
After the lingerie company's announcement last month that the Victoria's Secret Angels will be replaced by female artists, activists, athletes and models called the VS Collective, the company's management team told investors recently to expect even more change.

Not only will the brand's name change to Victoria's Secret & Co. in August, but its Chief Executive Martin Waters vowed that the brand will become relevant to women again.

"We got it wrong," Waters said during the presentation per CNBC.
"We lost relevance with the modern woman. And she told us very clearly to change our focus from how people look to how people feel — from being about what he wants to being about what she wants."

To keep up with its competitors like American Eagle's Aerie or ThirdLove, the brand is moving in a more body-inclusive direction.
Victoria's Secret will add plus-size mannequins to their stores, hundreds of which will also be renovated and given a lighter look.
The brand intends to expand product categories to include maternity, shapewear and bridal styles, and grow its swim line.
For their PINK line, they will steer clear of their old "beer pong" college marketing campaigns.

Starting in the American Autumn, the brand will also test off-mall store locations.

One day, the company also plans to bring back the Victoria's Secret fashion show, albeit in a more "culturally relevant" way.
According to Waters, the brand's vision "is pretty ambitious."
"It is to be the world's leading advocate for women."
