Hilarious TikTok trend allows pets to 'spy' on the neighbours
Videos of dogs on the Internet are always a good time, but pet owners across the country have gotten a little more creative during lockdown.
Furry friends are now being able to "sticky beak" - or "snout beak" in this case - thanks to a new trend sweeping TikTok.
The reason? Pet owners are drilling holes into their fences so dogs can watch people from the yard.

Poking three holes that resemble Mickey Mouses' silhouette into a wooden fence, pups on Tik can now snoop on their neighbours by sticking their snout through one hole and peering through the other two.
Naturally, hundreds of videos of fluffy surveillance experts have flooded the feeds of TikTok users.
In one video, an Australia owner can be seen pulling into her home's driveway, as two dogs assume their posts at the fence, poking their noses into the custom-made holes.
"Mommy is home," the owner captioned the video, while she can be heard laughing and saying, "Hi!" to her comical pets.

The video spiked a trend, with both pet owners, and generous neighbours, poking holes in their fences to appease the curious pets.
One woman cut a hole into her fence so her next door neighbour's German Shepherd didn't have to keep jumping to look into her backyard.
"This is better than jumping?" she questions the dog as he pokes his nose through the hole.
Another video features two dogs communicating through a mutual hole space in the fence.

"Made holes in the fence for mine and my neighbours dog," the TikTok user writes.
"They got it in the end and now it's their favourite spot," he added.
Videos of the dogs spying on their neighbours have amassed millions of views and encouraging comments on the social media platform.
"So cute... imagine you have a bad day then going home like that," wrote one user.
"I love when people make animal's lives better," commented another.
A third commented on how "smart" the holes were since the dogs can't bark while pushing their noses through the opening.
