This is what a $20,000 wedding dress looks like

There's a lot of things you can do with $20,000 like take a lavish holiday or put a deposit on a house (that is not in Sydney).

But, have you ever wondered what a $20,000 dress looks like? Well, wonder no more. Because that is the estimated price tag of the stunning gown high longerie designer Eveie Longdon wore when she tied the knot with her financier boyfriend Max Sangster — and we can't take our eyes off of it.

Sangster, the youngest son of racing magnate Robert Sangster, married his new bride in a lavish Ibiza ceremony over the weekend.

Longdon, founder of Bare London, was married in the bespoke gown, believed to have cost £12,000 (AUD $20,000).

The intricately-detailed white lace dress was designed by popular designer Zuhair Murad, who also designed bridal gowns for Sofia Vergara and Christine Bleakley.

She also had her hair and makeup done by celebrity makeup artist Louise Maxwell, who lives in Ibiza.

According to speculation, many well-known designers were eager to dress the society beauty, including Princess Diana’s favourite designer Bruce Oldfield.

The newlyweds were married at Ibiza Cathedral which was decorated with white flowers and baskets of citrus in a Mediterranean themed ceremony. They then held the ceremony at Agroturismo Atzaro Ibiza, a nearby trendy hotel.

While the total bill was not disclosed, the total cost of the weekend-long affair is believed to be in excess of £70,000 (AUD $118,000), Daily Mail Daily Mail

The couple reportedly first crossed paths in 2012 through mutual friends.

Longdon is the daughter of Richard Longdon, CEO of software company AVEVA. She is reportedly close friends with Princess Eugenie and Duchess Kate’s best friend Astrid Harboard.
