You can live next to Kate and William: But it comes with a 'warning'
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are about to welcome new neighbours, with a two-bedroom cottage located next to the royal couple's Norfolk home of Anmer Hall up for grabs.
The home is available to rent for £658 (AUD $1,183.92).
William and Catherine were given their country home as a wedding present from the Queen. It is a 10-bedroom mansion that forms part of Her Majesty's Sandringham Estate.
The couple were based at Anmer Hall following the birth of their first child Prince George in 2013.

After a few years they moved back to London to live full-time at Kensington Palace, where they now reside with their three children - George, six, Princess Charlotte, four, and Prince Louis, one.
They travel to their country home for summer breaks.

The property available for rent next to the royals is a cottage at 20 Cherry Tree, and it comes with a warning. The listing states: "Please be aware that this property has steep stairs."
It also has a "strict no cats policy" but will consider dogs on a case-by-case basis.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have a dog, Lupo, who is welcome on the property.
The property listing stages: "Sandringham's housing policy is to let properties as a primary residence, prioritising those who live and work locally. Those moving to the area are also considered.
"Properties are not let on a first come, first served basis, but rather on which prospective tenant is best suited to the property."
Anmer is a small town with just 29 houses and a population of 63.
