The stages of isolation, as told by Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis
The coronavirus pandemic may be keeping us more physically isolated from other people than ever before, but it's been a surprisingly uniting experience, too.
In several weeks of being cooped up inside, we've been collectively plunged into an existence that bears little resemblance to our normal lives.
It's a world where first dates happen on a screen; where pantry staples like flour are spoken about with a reverence usually reserved for sacred artefacts; where a food delivery is the extent of contact with the outside world; and where school and work and exercise and home life are all somehow co-existing in the one space.
Honestly, the whole situation has done some weird things to all of us. And what better way to illustrate the curiosities of life in isolation than with the adorable expressions of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis?
