Sarah Ferguson is looking for a new home in Windsor amid rumours she's moving in with Princess Beatrice
Sarah Ferguson is reportedly house-hunting in Windsor after ex-husband Andrew Mountbatten Windsor was evicted from their shared property, Royal Lodge.
The former Duchess of York had been living with Andrew for nearly two decades, despite their separation in 1992 and divorce in 1996.
The King's younger brother is to relocate to a property on the Sandringham estate, in Norfolk, but it's unknown where Ferguson will end up.

Ferguson, Buckingham Palace said, would be making her own arrangements.
The decision for Andrew to vacate the 31-bedroom home was made in late October when King Charles formally stripped him, and Ferguson, of their royal titles after widespread anger over their links to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Overnight, it was revealed that Andrew can continue to live at the property until October next year, under the terms of his lease agreement. However, he is expected to move out in the first quarter of 2026, likely January or February.
But the former prince will miss out on receiving nearly $1 million in compensation for handing back his lease on the home early, owing to the amount of repairs needed on the heritage-listed building.

The development came as an inquiry into the Crown Estate's housing arrangements was announced, with the probe likely to put the royal family's finances under further scrutiny.
Last month, Andrew and Fergie had been given the green light to live together in the undisclosed property that he'll move into on the Sandringham estate.
But reports suggest the 66-year-old was determined to find her own place.
She is said to be focused on finding somewhere to live in Windsor, a source told People.
Recent rumours that Ferguson was planning on moving into a converted farmhouse on Princess Beatrice's Cotswolds estate have now been denied.
Locals had told UK media the former cowshed had recently been refurbished into a granny flat, fuelling the speculation.
There were also suggestions Ferguson could move in with her youngest daughter at her home in Portugal.
Her spokesperson told People she was "assessing a number of options" and that no decision had been made.
Princess Beatrice splits her time between a private apartment at St. James's Palace in London and a farmhouse in the Cotswolds, which has six bedrooms, while Princess Eugenie lives in Portugal.
Another source told People that Ferguson was expected to "move forward independently".
