The royal family are reportedly "not scared" of Prince Harry's upcoming memoir, despite predictions that the Duke could drop more "bombs".

Prince Harry's highly anticipated memoir, Spare, will be released in a little under two weeks. The memoir follows Harry and Meghan's tell-all Netflix series in which the couple defended themselves from accusations that have followed them since their departure from the royal family back in 2020.

Despite fears that Harry is set to drop more damning allegations against the royal family in this upcoming book, royal author Katie Nicholl suggests that Prince William will not be "terrified".

"A lot has been left on a cliffhanger and there is a £35m book deal here so don't underestimate the couple or their capacity to surprise and throw in a few more bombs just when you thought there were no more," Nicholl said in an interview with OK! Magazine.

"I don't think the royal family are terrified by anything, least of all of what is going to come next in Harry's autobiography. But concerned, apprehensive? Yes. Ready to respond? Quite possibly. Wearied by all of this? Absolutely."

Queries of what else the duke may have to say about the royal family comes after several damning allegations and revelations were revealed in the Harry & Meghan docuseries.

The memoir is set to drop on January 10, 2023. A statement on the book's official website reads:

"With its raw, unflinching honesty, Spare is a landmark publication full of insight, revelation, self-examination, and hard-won wisdom about the eternal power of love over grief."
