Her Majesty has been unable to attend the concert in person due to "episodic mobility issues" and is watching on from her home at Windsor Castle.
Prince Louis has not joined his family at the concert. His antics at Trooping the Colour showed the four-year-old struggling to stand still due to the excitement of the fly over at Buckingham Palace at the conclusion of the parade.
At one stage Prince George and Princess Charlotte have joined the crowd in waving miniature British flags during a performance.

It has been a busy day for the young royals who joined their parents for a visit to Wales earlier in the day.
Prince George and Princess Charlotte stopped to greet members of the public who had gathered to see them with Charlotte accepting flowers from well wishers.
The family met with performers involved in a special Platinum Jubilee Celebration Concert taking place in the castle grounds later that afternoon, including Bonnie Tyler and Owain Wynn Evans, West End performers, Rubicon Dance Company and the Wales Youth Choir for Good.
The Cambridges' trip to Wales coincides with the Earl and Countess of Wessex's visit to Northern Ireland on Saturday and follows Princess Anne and Sir Tim Laurence's visit to Scotland on Friday afternoon.
