Sweden's Princess Victoria enlists her kids for at-home fitness challenge

Sweden's Princess Victoria has shared an adorable video of her family attempting an at-home fitness activity. 

The video, which was  posted to Instagram, shows the Princess, 46, laughing in the background as her kids Princess Estelle, eight, and Prince Oscar, four, try to recreate an exercise they saw online with Prince Daniel, 46, a former personal trainer.

The clip was posted on the Generation Pep account, an organisation created by the royal couple in association with the Swedish branch of Save the Children, Rädda Barnen, to promote a new activity platform for children called Digifritids

The caption alongside the post read, "Do as the Crown Princess's family and try Digifritids".

"With Digifritids, you will find everything from jigsaw tips, games, movies and the opportunity to be safely supervised by adults".

The one minute video shows the royal family hanging out looking bored in their living room.

Princess Victoria is reading on the couch alongside husband Prince Daniel, who is looking at something on his phone.

Estelle and Oscar are with their parents, looking at a tablet as they search through the Digifritids website hoping to find something to do.

They find an activity, with Estelle suggesting they try an exercise, which show one person doing a push up then holding a plant, as the other person jumps over them before crawling under.

Thinking that looks like a bit of fun, the active family immediately give it a go, with Prince Daniel jumping straight back in with some push ups.

Estelle, laughing, crawls under her father, before hopping over him to repeat the action while Oscar sits quite comfortably on Daniel's back.

Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel launched Generation Pep in 2016, hoping to motivate young children and teenagers to live and practice a healthy lifestyle.

The couple recently celebrated their 10 year wedding anniversary, sharing a series of new portraits captured ahead of the milestone.
