Princess Eugenie makes time to carry out charity visit days before her Royal Wedding

Cool, calm and collected are not usually the words associated with a bride the week of her wedding... let alone a Royal Wedding!

But it seems Princess Eugenie has everything well and truly under control ahead of her October 12 nuptials, so much so, she had time to squeeze in a charity engagement on Wednesday, looking fairly relaxed.

The Princess of York, daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, paid a visit to two Salvation Army safe houses, as part of her on-going campaign to end modern slavery.

The Royal bride-to-be was photographed signing her name on a tree mural at one of the safe houses, which is generally something the Royals are not allowed to do (sign their name).

However, Princess Eugenie has broken this protocol before, on a number of occasions but it's always been for a good cause.

The visit is likely to be the Royals' last public outing before the big day on Friday.

The 28-year-old then met with some of the volunteers and survivors at the safe houses, some of whom will witness her wedding from the Horseshoe Cloister in Windsor Castle, next to the West Steps.

Like cousin Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's May Royal Wedding, Princess Eugenie and fiance Jack Brooksbank have invited 1,200 people associated with their charities to be a part of their big day, on the castle grounds, just outside St George's Chapel.

These people will be among the first to see and congratulate the newlywed couple, when they walk out as husband and wife, before hopping into a carriage for a quick trot around Windsor.
