Princess Eugenie changes her name eight months after marrying Jack Brooksbank

Princess Eugenie has changed her name, eight months after her Royal Wedding at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle.

Until recently, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson's younger daughter's official title has been Princess Eugenie of York.

Now, according to the Court Circular records, the 29-year-old is going by the name Princess Eugenie, Mrs. Jack Brooksbank.

Despite the couple marrying in October last year, Princess Eugenie's title in the official royal records only just changed as of May 29.

Eugenie was listed by her new name after attending the Buckingham Palace Garden Party.

She was there alongside older sister and the Duke and Duchess of York's older daughter, Princess Beatrice, who is also know by the Princess of York title.

The sisters joined Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex to accompany The Queen on her third Garden Party of the season.

Eugenie and Jack are clearly still in the honeymoon phase and the newlywed isn't above gushing on social media about her husband.

"Happy Birthday to you, my one and only Jack," Princess Eugenie wrote in May.

"You are one of a kind and totally extraordinary. Nine birthdays and counting...to quote you from a few months ago 'you light up my life'," she added sweetly.

The couple began dating in 2011 after meeting while both were skiing in the Swiss resort of Verbier.

They announced their engagement in January 2018 before tying the knot in October of the same year.
