Princess Charlotte has been found to be the "richest" of her siblings, beating out her brothers Prince George and Prince Louis, and it's all thanks to their mother, Kate Middleton.

Research shows that the young royal is set to become the next big royal trendsetter, ranking as the world's richest child with a massive net worth of £3.6 billion (approx. $6.3 billion).

The research, conducted by Electric Ride on Cars says, "Although her net worth has dropped by 12 per cent since 2021, she still edges out her older brother Prince George, apparently due to the 'Kate Middleton effect', where the fashion choices of the Royal Family can have a huge impact on fashion trends."

The same company previously examined Google search results to find the most fashionable young celebrity. Following North West and Jaden Smith, Charlotte beat out her siblings to rank third.

"Princess Charlotte has a very formal style, mainly consisting of smart dresses or a polo shirt and jumper combination," they said.

"She is also often seen wearing Ralph Lauren, which appears to be a favourite brand for the royal family to wear."

Charlotte follows in the footsteps of her mother and her grandmother, with both the "Kate Middleton effect" and the "Diana effect" selling out the clothes the royals' wear in seconds and setting trends for decades.

Catherine, Princess of Wales, has been revered for her effortlessly chic yet professional style, and royal enthusiasts can't help but notice seven-year-old Charlotte emulating her mother, wearing similar silhouettes.

Like her mother, she wore a burgundy coat-dress to the family's annual Christmas Carol event last year, and even wore a very similar dress to her mother when attending the funeral of her great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.

Could this be the beginnings of the "Princess Charlotte effect"?
