Prince William breaks tradition with simple solo parenting act
While Catherine, Princess of Wales is busy recuperating from an abdominal surgery, many are wondering how it is going on the home front at Kensington Palace.
One source close to the Wales family says there is nothing to worry about, as Prince William is more than capable of handling his three children in the absence of their mother.
The source told Hello that the Prince of Wales is "a regular at the school gate and events", speaking of Lambrook School in Bracknell, where Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, eight, and Prince Louis, five, attend.

Prince William is a "hands-on dad" says an insider. X / KensingtonRoyal
"He's very hands-on as a dad, so being in charge while Kate is away won't faze him... They often do things as a full family unit and he's very confident looking after the kids."
Additionally, Ingrid Seward – editor in chief of Majesty magazine – also commented: "It's pretty unusual for the Prince of Wales to cancel engagements because his wife isn't well – that certainly wouldn't have happened in the past – but he's a modern man whose family is more important to him than anything else."
The Princess of Wales will be out of the spotlight until at least after Easter as she recovers from the abdominal surgery she received last week.
She has since been resting up at the London Clinic where she received her surgery, even being visited by her father and mother-in-law, King Charles and Queen Camilla, before the monarch's own procedure for his enlarged prostate.
The King has since undergone his procedure yesterday, with Camilla visiting him two times in as many days.
Both Catherine and Charles shocked royal fans as they almost simultaneously announced that they would be undergoing procedures last week.
