The Duke of Sussex was briefly reunited with his family on Saturday as his father King Charles III was crowned inside Westminster Abbey.

Prince Harry was sat three rows back from his brother Prince William and Catherine, and their three children.

He watched the historic ceremony intently, including the pivotal moment St Edward's crown was placed on the King's head.

The Duke of Sussex was driven straight to Heathrow Airport once the coronation service was over, choosing not to join the rest of the royal family at Buckingham Palace for lunch.

The reception was held after their balcony appearance, which was reserved for working royals only and therefore the duke was not a part of.

He was also not thought to have been included in the official coronation portraits which were taken at the palace.
