A poster for a job agency has drawn comparisons to Prince Harry for the model's likeness to the royal.

Commuters on London's transport network the Tube noticed how similar the man in the advertisement looks to the Duke of Sussex.

Not long after the photo was shared to Twitter, social media users began joking about Harry's ability to find work so fast after announcing he and Meghan wanted to become "financially independent" from the monarchy.

"Fair play to Harry, he didn't hang about on his mission for financial independence, #Megxit," posted Emma Lindsay.

"Good to see the Duke of Sussex has already found work" wrote Mark Prisk.

"Bloody hell Prince Harry found a job quickly," commented Tom Rosenthal.

The company – Rated People – featured a tradesman sporting the same ginger beard and hair as Prince Harry.

"Looking for a vetted, local tradesperson?" the job ad read.

While the job ad appears to have been made in jest, another company has been forced to apologise after using a real photo of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to sell houses.

Hagan Homes, one of Northern Ireland's biggest property developers, advertised its houses as "fit for part-time royalty".

"Buying a new home can be rather stressful," one of the adverts stated.

They were pulled down when representatives for the royal couple threatened to take action.

The company has since apologised, saying the ads were meant to be "light-hearted".

It also offered to make a $19,000 donation to charity.
