Prince Harry hints at return to the UK in new charity video
Prince Harry has hinted at a return to the UK in a new video shared for WellChild. The Duke of Sussex has been patron of the children's charity for the past 15 years.
As part of his patronage, the royal has previous attended the charity's annual awards evening, typically held in the UK September each year.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle first attended the ceremony together in 2018, and again in 2019. The 2020 event was prevented by the pandemic before returning for a reduced event in 2021 which Harry attended solo.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were in the UK in September 2022 to attend the WellChild Awards when Queen Elizabeth died on September 8, preventing their attendance.

"WellChild also creates a network of support for families who are facing countless medical, logistical and mental health challenges, compounded by a cost-of-living crisis that adds tremendous pressure in caring for their children who are dependent on life-saving equipment."

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expected to travel to the UK to attend King Charles' coronation on May 6, their attendance a point of speculation due to revelations in Prince Harry's book Spare that were less than flattering about the royal family, and those included in the Netflix series Harry & Meghan.
