Prince Harry and Meghan Markle aren’t the only ones with exciting baby news today.

A heavily pregnant Pippa Middleton has been spotted arriving at the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital in London, fuelling speculation she’s gone into labour.

The younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, who is due to give birth to her first child this month, was seen smiling as she entered the exclusive maternity ward, in photos captured by The Daily Mail.

Her husband, financier James Matthews, was snapped carrying several overnight bags into the wing.

Middleton and Matthews have visited the Paddington-based hospital several times over the past few months, with the expectant mum’s last visit being just last week. 

The exclusive ward is known for its association with the royals. 

Pippa’s royal sibling welcomed all three of her children there, and Princess Diana famously posed on the steps of Lindo Wing with Prince William in 1982 and Prince Harry in 1984 after giving birth.

The luxury ward provides a premium service for expectant and new mothers, with all patients provided a private room with an ensuite, which comes with phones and fridges.

Massages and a supervised nursery are also on offer.

Prices start at $10,874 for a standard room, while a deluxe suite will set you back $11,565.

The news comes just days after Middleton and Matthews, who wed in May 2017, were photographed attending the October 12 wedding of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank.

The mother-to-be glowed at the star-studded nuptials as she showed off her bump in an emerald green Emilia Wickstead frock and black pumps.

While rumours first began circulating about the 35-year-old’s pregnancy in April, she didn't confirm the news publicly until June, when she wrote about exercising during pregnancy for a Waitrose Weekend column.
