Meghan, 38, is attending the ceremony for the second year, after her post-wedding debut in 2018.
Harry, 35, has been a Patron of the charity since 2007 and has attended many of these ceremonies over the year.
However, tonight's event, marks his first time the Royal is attending since becoming a father himself to five-month-old son Archie.

The Duke is set to give a speech and present the award for Most Inspirational Child during the evening.
At last year's event Meghan sported a black suit, but this year the Duchess opted to whip out the tailored forest green P.A.R.O.S.H. dress from her engagement interview with Harry in 2017.
The Duchess donned a caramel coat draped across her shoulders, which she previously wore for Christmas in Sandringham and added burnt orange suede pointed-toe pumps.

The trip marked their first Royal Tour as a family, with Archie joining them.
