Those Harry and Meghan 'life' wax figures are at it again

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are easily two of the most popular people in the world right now.

So of course we assume a few people were shocked to see them make an appearance at the Gendarmenmarkt Christmas market in Berlin.

But it turns out it wasn’t actually Harry and Meghan, it’s those creepy wax masks again.

In new pictures, the fake Harry and Meghan are seen standing at a market stall and holding a cookie that says 'I love you' in German.

Somehow, they look much more freaky than they did in London earlier this year.

In August this year, Madame Tussaud's unveiled a mask version of their iconic Harry and Meghan wax figures.

But they didn't stop there.

The iconic institution hired actors to don the wax masks, wear lookalike clothing and walk around London as if they were the real deal.

At the time, people were thoroughly creeped out by them.

"This has to be stopped! It’s too creepy!!" one commenter wrote at the time. Another mentioned they looked like the royal couple in a Star Trek alternative universe.

At the beginning of the year, the Duchess of Sussex was initiated into the Tussaud's family with her first wax sculpture.

In a statement announcing the addition, a press release read, "It's clear that the public has already taken Meghan to their hearts.

"One half of arguably the most famous couple in the world right now, she's already made her own mark as a humanitarian and role model.”

Royal fans will be able to see the Life Figures as part of a special Christmas show at Madame Tussaud's, Berlin that begins on 11 December.
