As all new parents know, a lack of sleep is often the most difficult things that comes with having a baby.

The change in routine can also affect extended family tasked with babysitting duties, as in the case of Doria Ragland, the mother of the Duchess of Sussex.

She is staying with her daughter and Prince Harry at Frogmore Cottage, to help with their new son Archie Harrison.

"So that means setting a bedtime that works for you, having a bedtime routine ... that might be doing dinner and books and baby massage and a little bit of bedtime story."

When the Duke and Duchess of Sussex introduced their new son to the world's media on Wednesday, they both spoke about how gentle natured Archie is.
