Prince Harry's 'chilly' exchange with Meghan Markle at Trooping the Colour revealed

Royal fans were undoubtedly overjoyed to see Meghan Markle at the biggest royal event of the year, Trooping the Colour, last weekend.

It was the first time the Duchess of Sussex had made a public appearance since going on maternity leave, and the first time she's been photographed since giving birth to her first child, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, with husband Prince Harry.

This year's Trooping the Colour marked Meghan's second time attending the big event, but as she was on the famous Buckingham Palace balcony to watch the RAF flypast with other members of the royal family, the Duchess made a slight faux pas as 9Honey pointed out last week.

In the footage above, Meghan is seen turning around to Harry and appeared to ask him something. However, when she turned back around Meghan seemed slightly confused, which prompted her to turn around again.

But in the video Harry is seen gesturing towards the Queen, seemingly saying something about the national anthem, as moments after it starts playing and Meghan, at the same time, turns back to facing the crowds.

Well, now the married couple's slightly awkward and stern exchange on the balcony has now been revealed, as per a lipreading expert.

According to The Sun, lipreader Tina Lannin claims on the balcony Harry said, "No he hasn't. Oh fine. Turn around."

Lannin also notes the Duke of Sussex then said, "oh fine" when Meghan turns to her husband a second time, which is "given the petulant delivery".

Some royal fans also noticed the mishap and took to social media to share their thoughts on the exchange.

One person thought Meghan, 37, looked like she was about "to burst into tears", adding the exchange seemed quite "chilly".

Meanwhile another noted Meghan, as a member of the royal family, "has to follow protocol".

As the national anthem ended, the Queen let out a big smile to all the onlookers who were cheering for Her Majesty.

Senior members of the royal family, including Harry and Meghan, then waited for Her Majesty to return inside before following suit.
