King Charles debuts a brand new accessory in a subtle nod to Princess Charlotte

It seems that King Charles has added a new accessory to his jewellery collection.

While the King is known to wear several pieces during his public engagements, including a signet ring engraved with the Prince of Wales crest, but now he's been spotted flaunting a brand new bracelet.

During a trip to Guernsey, King Charles lifted his hand to wave to followers, and some eagle-eyed fans noticed what seemed to be a friendship bracelet peering out from under his sleeve.

The royal was spotted wearing a bracelet made of yellow and white thread, resembling those worn by Taylor Swift fans to her Eras Tour shows.

And while King Charles didn't make an appearance at the Eras Tour himself, a few members of his family did.

The bracelet worn by the monarch closely resembles one worn by his granddaughter, Princess Charlotte, who is reportedly a huge fan of Swift and did in fact attend the Eras Tour in London alongside her dad, Prince William and her older brother, Prince George.

Over the weekend Princess Charlotte attended Wimbledon with her mum, Kate Middleton, and was spotted sporting a very similar bracelet to her grandfather.

The nine-year-old wore a navy polka dot dress, paired with pink Rayban sunglasses and several beaded bracelets.

While it's not confirmed, the accessories definitely seem like a choice inspired by Taylor Swift.

And it wouldn't be a surprising move from the young royal either, given her reported love for the pop star.

She even got the delight of meeting the singer following one of her performances at London's Wembley stadium.

Princess Charlotte, Prince George, and Prince William all smiled as they posed backstage for a picture with not only Swift, but her partner, NFL star Travis Kelce.

The image was shared by the family on William and Kate's official social media accounts, thanking Swift for her hospitality.
