Kate and Wills face off in Royal regatta
Prince William and Kate Middleton have hit the water in the King's Cup Regatta, being held in Cowes on the Isle of Wight.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are going head-to-head in the competition, which involves eight teams in total - all supporting various Royal Foundation charities.
The parents-of-three had some special guests cheering them on with Prince George and Princess Charlotte spotted on another boat with their grandparents Michael and Carole Middleton.

The recent birthday boy looked right into the spirit of things, with the six-year-old sporting a little sailor's hat.
Grinning broadly as he watched the sailboats, Prince George showed off his two missing teeth, first seen in his birthday photos late last month.
While Charlotte, four, seemed a little more apprehensive and was staying inside the enclosed part of the boat.
Prince Louis, who is only 15 months old, didn't appear to be with his big brother and sister.

Kate and Wills are skippers of one boat each and happily posed for a photo with each of the other six captains before the Regatta kicked off.
The Duchess appeared to be taking charge of the Royal Foundation boat, while the Duke was at the helm of the Child Bereavement UK boat.
In the end, the winners were the Tusk boat, who had Bear Grylls as the skipper, London's Air Ambulance charity came in second and Prince William came equal third, tying with Centrepoint UK.

Sadly for Kate, her boat was disqualified in the second race for starting too early.
The winning team were presented the historic trophy The King's Cup, first awarded by the Duke of Cambridge's ancestors in 1920.
Originally, the event was meant to be held tomorrow but with bad weather forecast, organisers decided to bring the Regatta forward by a day.

We're sure it didn't take away from the Duke and Duchess's preparation - the couple are known for their sporty pursuits, with Kate formerly on her college punting team.
The couple are also known for competitive nature at various sport-related royal engagements in the past.
