The cute moments between Harry and Meghan that we missed at Trooping the Colour

For as long as there are public royal engagements, lip readers will have an income stream.

Each time Britain's Royal Family throws a wedding or steps onto the Buckingham Palace balcony, each of their glib throwaway marks and casual exchanges are carefully decoded by these "experts" studying the corresponding footage at home.

Case in point: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's first appearance at Trooping the Colour as a married couple.

The couple could be seen chatting as the event unfolded, and now, thanks to some lip readers, we know exactly what was said. Sadly, it was nothing salacious.

According to The Sun's lip reader, Harry, 33, asked Meghan, 36, if she was "okay" as they stepped onto the balcony.

Her response: "Yeah, are you?" Ahhh, classic newlywed chat.

A second lip reader tells The Mirror the new Duchess then admitted to being "nervous"- fair enough, given the eyes of the world were glued on her at the time.

In response, her husband took a moment to explain some of the key moments of the event.

It seems Harry continued to keep his wife clued in on how to behave during the parade.

In another moment, caught on camera, the Duke appears to prompt Meghan to curtsy for Queen Elizabeth II.

The footage shows the former Suits star bobbing down just seconds after her sister-in-law, the Duchess of Cambridge - with Harry seemingly muttering the instruction "Now" as he bows his head.

Given how many rules and traditions the Royal Family are said to adhere to, it's little wonder Meghan still needs some guidance.

In fact, it's believed the American actress began receiving "Duchess lessons" several months ahead of her Royal Wedding on May 19.

Cohen, 49, reportedly helped the Duchess on an array of issues, including how to correctly address people, how to behave on royal tours at home and abroad, and how to be an effective member of the Royal Family.

We like to think their meetings resembled those between Anne Hathaway and Julie Andrews' characters in The Princess Diaries - clumsy moments and all.
