Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi is struggling to strike a work-life balance.

Mozzi, 40, has been married to Princess Beatrice since 2020.

In a recent interview with the Financial Times, he revealed he doesn't spend as much time with his family as he'd like.

The owner of Banda Property revealed work often keeps him away from Beatrice, 36, their daughter Sienna, three, and his son from a previous marriage, Christopher, eight.

Mozzi described himself to the publication as "always on a train", explaining he spends a lot of time between design projects and work trips to Italy, Belgium and France.

As his company and job continue to evolve and grow, Mozzi will have to work on finding a balance between his career and growing family.

"Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting their second child together in early spring; a sibling for Wolfie and Sienna," a social media post announced earlier this month.

"His Majesty The King has been informed and both families are delighted with the news."

The pair's baby will receive a noble title that isn't associated with the British royal family.

"Edoardo is the only male descendent taking the family into the next generation," his father, Count Alessandro Mapelli Mozzi, told the Daily Mail.
