Roxy Jacenko slams 'imbeciles' dobbing her in after second police inspection for COVID compliance

Roxy Jacenko has shared a passionate statement, after another "anonymous tip-off" prompted police visit the PR professional's office on the grounds of "breaking COVID-19 rules" again.

Calling the people who dobbed her in for an alleged covid-rules breach "imbeciles", Jacenko shared CCTV footage of two officers wearing masks visiting her office in Sydney's Eastern suburbs to Instagram.

"I have had enough," she wrote in the accompanying caption.

"Running a small business is hard enough, due to lockdown I have an empty office with over 20 working remotely, I am doing the work of at-least four myself, my online team (for three online stores) are working in the office on shorter hours as products don't send themselves with Auspost," the message continued.

Jacenko claimed this was her second visit from the police, and had received a notice from SafeWork NSW.

"I wonder if I stopped paying the wages of these imbeciles who are making these reports of me apparently flouting the rules they might change their tune…" she added.

The founder of Sweaty Betty PR shared an additional image of the police officers at her company's doorstep to her Instagram stories.

"Wouldn't be a normal day in the life of RJ if we didn't have a daily visit from some lovely officers who's [sic] time is wasted, yet again, by another anonymous tip-off about me 'breaking the Covid-19 rules'," she wrote alongside the image.

"Suffice to say - again we toured the office & were of course compliant," she added.

Jacenko jokes, "I asked next time for the raptor squad," referring to the special NSW police branch dedicated to organised crime activity.

A letter from SafeWork NSW detailed the "alleged work health and safety issues" Jacenko had been warned of.

"Workers and others may be at risk in the workplace due to alleged inadequate controls from biological hazards and to manage the risk of infection to COVID-19," the letter read.

"Specifically it is alleged that workers are not being allowed to work from home in line with public health orders without consultation or a reasonably practicable review being conducted."

Jacenko shared a video alongside the letter, walking through her office and displaying the covid-safe precautions she's taken.

Filming signs about mask wearing and few employees inside, Jacenko slammed the people "dobbing" her in.

"Upon entry we have this," she said, filming a mandatory mask-wearing notice.

"Another sign" she said, before walking up the stairs to her office.

"And then an office which is f---ing empty - oh, another sign!" she continued.

"Yet I have had two visits from lovely constables."
