Woman sobs as she avoids jail for attacking her boyfriend
A woman has avoided jail after attacking her boyfriend with a wine bottle in a hotel while naked.
Amelia Oxenford was at the Ascot Hyde Park Hotel, in West London in the UK, when she reportedly chased her boyfriend, Alex Buttigieg, out of their hotel room.
The court was told the man later locked himself in their hotel room however, after obtaining another key, the woman returned and slashed him across the face with broken glass from a wine bottle.

Police were called and they found Oxenford, 21, threatening to jump out of a window.
Buttigieg was reportedly in a state of shock, trying to stop the bleeding from the one-inch cut on his nose.
The court heard the couple had been together for nine months but separated for a short time, during which Oxenford allegedly began seeing another man, the Sun reports.

It was claimed the couple began fighting over this, with CCTV footage showing a naked Oxenford chasing her boyfriend.
The court was told the couple had been drinking heavily that day.
Oxenford, from Hertfordshire, was convicted of assault and causing criminal damage. She was sentenced to a 12-month community order and 10 days of rehabilitation including 160 hours of unpaid work.
She will also have to paid court costs.
