Police officer rescues baby girl from traffic after she fell from car
Shocking body camera footage caught the terrifying moment a baby girl fell from her mother's moving car and into traffic, only for a police deputy to rush in and save her.
Tulsa County Deputy John Harris, from Oklahoma, USA, was in the middle of a traffic stop on Monday night when he witnessed the terrifying moment the little girl fell.
As a van came around the corner a small child suddenly fell from one of the car's windows, landing on the road just shy of the car's wheels.

Shocked, Harris immediately sprinted into the street and into the path of oncoming traffic as he rushed to save the little girl, the moment all caught on his body camera.
He managed to grab the child, a two-year-old girl, and rush her to safety, but those seconds she was left lying on the road were harrowing.
"She was just terrified. She is just two years old," he told KTUL after the incident.
"She had no idea what had just happened to her, and as I scoop her up, she just looks up at me, and I'll just never forget that face."
He rushed the little girl out of the way of oncoming traffic and back to his patrol car, where he looked after her until her mother arrived, having realised what had happened.
The girl's mum admitted that the toddler and her siblings weren't wearing seatbelts, nor did they have car seats, which likely played a role in her falling out of the van.

Thankfully the two-year-old suffered only minor cuts and bruises, but local Sheriff Vic Regalado hopes that the horrifying accident will be a "life lesson" for the mother.
"We hope that the mother will take this as a life lesson and buckle her children up later," he said.
Deputy Harris deemed the situation to be an accident and did not arrest the mother, however she did receive a ticket.
