Pippa Middleton looks stunning as a guest at her friend’s wedding

She made a beautiful bride when she married James Matthews in May this year, but Pippa Middleton scrubs up well as a wedding guest, too.

She and her new husband attended the nuptials of close longtime friend Camilla Campion-Awwad in County Cork, Ireland. Pippa, sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, wore a patriotic green-coloured dress by Alice Archer for the occasion, which was emblazoned with a flower on the skirt. She paired her look with a royal favourite - the fascinator.

Pippa and James flew to the wedding after the respite of their month-long honeymoon, in which they visited French Polynesia and Australia.

Staff at the hotel where Camilla’s reception was held told The Irish Times that they had no idea Pippa was a guest of the bride and groom.

'We had some pseudo names on the room list and when Pippa and James walked in we were delighted. They had the bridal suite with lovely sea views,” they said.

“It was lovely to be hosts to the wedding party and Pippa and James said the hospitality and friendliness was lovely for them and they were treated like any other guests. They thanked all the staff.”

The bride is reportedly a close friend of Pippa’s. The pair met when they both studied english literature at Edinburgh university, and have remained close since.
