Pink had the best response to a troll who said she looked ‘old’

Pink has hit back at an online troll who called her out for looking “old”.

The keyboard warrior decided to give the Grammy-winning singer a healthy dose of ageism after tweeting: “Pink looks so old that [she] should be called Purple instead”.

In true Pink fashion, the triple threat owned the hater in two epic tweets.

“You must be from LA. Well, there are a few people left in the world that choose to age naturally. And I’ve earned every f*****g minute of my 38 years. How you lookin’ though? Cause I never heard of ya til you put my name in your mouth. I shall call you little purple troll.”

Cue gasps and applause.

And she didn’t leave it there.

“I am of the mindset that it’s a blessing to grow old,” she added, “That if your face has lines around your eyes and mouth it means you’ve laughed a lot. I pray I look older in 10 years, cause that will mean [I’m] alive.”

Naturally, fans rallied behind her, praising the singer’s snappy response.

One fan tweeted that he couldn’t wait to see her doing aerial stunts when she was 80.

Pink replied with her good humour still intact by saying she’d call it the ‘wrinkles and rolls’ tour.

The mother-of-two’s positive outlook on ageing is certainly one to be celebrated, after all we’re all going to get older!
