British influencer skewers Aussies' winter style obsession: 'What is wrong with you?'

A British influencer has hilariously trolled Sydney locals for a popular winter fashion choice – but Aussie viewers don't see anything wrong with it.

Olan, who goes by @olantekkers on TikTok, has gained over 1.3 million views on his video poking fun at Australians over their love for a North Face puffer jacket. (Watch above.)

Filming some unsuspecting Bondi locals on a sunny winter day, Olan highlighted how many had opted for a North Face puffer, or windbreaker, to fend off the chilly breeze.

Doing his best impression of an Aussie accent, Olan says, "Honestly, mate, chuck on a North Face. Sun's out, chuck on a North Face."

"You know what? I'm near the beach but it's sunny, I'll put a North Face jacket on as well."

While zooming in on a man enjoying a coffee and stroll by Bondi beach, Olan hilariously quips: "Ooh, coffee? North Face."

Over footage of a man jogging by the beach, he adds: "Ooh, I just wanna going for a little jog, North Face again."

Bewildered, he questions: "What is wrong with you Australians?"

His viewers, on the other hand, don't seem to see anything wrong with the fashion choice.

"The sun makes no difference if it's under 25°, it's COLD," one person commented.

"...It's like 19 degrees out here we're used to 30," another note, to which Olan replied: "The sun is literally out."

But one TikTok user ended the discussion by pointing out the real issue: "It's warm to you [because] in England it's 10 degrees 12 months of the year," they wrote.
