Nine earns multiple nominations for Mumbrella Publish Awards 2023

Nine has been nominated five times for the 2023 Mumbrella Publishing Awards, celebrating the best in the biz both industry-wide and in our own.

Nine.com.au, Nine's go-to digital destination, has been nominated for the Website of the Year title, with the editor who steers the ship, Nine.com.au's Marc Dodd nominated for Editor of the Year.

9News Crime Reporter Zarisha Bradley's Nine.com.au article, "How I captured a monster's confession and turned my pain into power"nominated in the Single Article of the Year category.

Closer to home, 9Honey's video series Dickie's Diaries, chronicling Entertainment Editor Richard "Dickie" Wilkins' most memorable celebrity encounters over his four-decade long career, has been nominated for Best Use of Video.

Celebrity interviews cited by Wilkins in the series include Beyonce, Madonna, David Bowie, Prince, Sir Paul McCartney, and many more.

9Honey's Senior Features Writer Maddison Leach has been nominated for Young Writer of the Year (30 or Under) for her hard work reporting on stories that often go unheard.

Whether it's breaking down the lived experiences of women with endometriosis, diving into Dami Im's alleged abuse at the hands of Sony, or sharing the deeply personal story of a sexual assault survivor, she aims to find the human side of every story.

Leach has also taken on the role of 9Honey's TikTok Editorial Lead, growing our account from 3000 to 26,200 followers, with a combination of celebrity news, kitchen taste tests, royal news, exclusive red carpet coverage, and much more across all of our verticals.
