Going back to Waiheke Island in New Zealand. We got married there back in 2007 at Delamore Lodge, so we're taking the kids back there to see where it all began. It's an amazing place to visit, full of vineyards, beaches and gorgeous restaurants.

It's freezing in NYC in January, so somewhere warm ideally with some waves! Maybe Mexico, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Indonesia, or Thailand.

Anywhere with friends would be nice, everyone is so busy it's hard to organise.

In 2019, we were able to go to Botswana for the first time which was just incredible. We saw so many animals and the landscape was breathtaking. A leopard, which posed beautifully for our photos, was a definite highlight. I think Namibia is probably next on my ultimate wish list.

We love going to Straddie (North Stradbroke Island) for January, it's the most beautiful chilled place and so close to Brisbane. Don't tell anyone else, though, we like to keep it a secret.

Liz Hayes, 60 Minutes reporter

I love anywhere by the sea.

BALI. I miss it – and I'll actually be going back at the very end of that month with my friends to celebrate my 30th!

Steph Claire Smith, influencer and Keep It Cleaner co-founder

Our new home! I can't wait to get settled and start making new memories as a family. And also our property up on the Murray River, it's always my favourite place to visit in summer.

Not far from home, to be honest! We will hopefully get down to the beach over New Year's, but my ideal short break includes some sunshine, a beach, good food and a spritz (or two).

Robyn Lawley, model and 9Honey columnist

Usually home – Australia home – as it's nice and warm!
