"Slowly easing back into my Pilates, lots of walking, and spending plenty of time with Theo and Bernie," she wrote, referring to her husband and their pet pooch.
"I've really used this time to reset and recover before diving back into work and travel."
She added in part of her lengthy post: "I'll continue having MRIs and checkups every four months to make sure I'm in the clear, but right now I'm just feeling more thankful than ever for my health and life - if that's even possible."

Just weeks ago, Oakley, known for her A Bikini A Day blog and Monday Swimwear line, revealed her shock health scare.
The newly-married personality said she had an MRI scan in March, which led to the discovery of a 2.5cm tumour.
"Little life update… The last six months have felt a little different," her post read.
"In March, my Prenuvo MRI scan found a small 2.5 cm tumour in my left kidney.

"After multiple scans and a biopsy, we decided the best course of action was to do a partial nephrectomy — to remove the tumour and part of my kidney."
Oakley, who is married to liquor heir Theo Chambers, said there has "been highs and lows" in her health journey, but she's glad she could get her health sorted.
"Last week, we successfully removed the low-grade cancerous tumor (sic), and now I am on the road to recovery," she said.
"There have been highs and lows, but overall I'm just so grateful we picked up on it."

She said both her best friend and business partner Devin Brugman and her husband have been right by her side through it all.
"This little health hiccup has been nothing compared to what so many people go through, so if anything, it has just made me feel even more empathetic toward anyone experiencing health challenges — and, of course, even more appreciative of my own health," she added in part of her post.
According to the Mayo Clinic, a "partial nephrectomy removes part of a kidney and leaves healthy tissue in place".
