Meghan Markle's teenage pen pal has received a special visit from Prince Harry himself, hand delivering the Duchess Of Sussex's latest message.

The Duke Of Sussex stopped by the Nottingham Academy to discuss mental health and emotional well-being with students as part of World Mental Health Day.

On the way out, he shared a special moment with Aleyna Genc, 14, who has been corresponding with his wife for the past two years.

The teenager — who is currently recovering from a brain tumour — gave Prince Harry a present for the couple's son, baby Archie, before the 35-year-old presented a gift of his own.

Meghan had recorded a special voicemail message just for her pen pal, which Harry played for her.

"I've been lettering with Meghan for around two years now and she sent me a little voicemail and I listened to that," the teen said, according to PEOPLE.

"I just sent her a letter because she made a speech and that was the one that really inspired me: her UN women's speech.

"I just wrote to her to say how much it inspired me, and we have been lettering ever since."

The teenager gave the royals baby son a stuffed toy dog that was wearing a Pets as Therapy bandana, an organisation the Middleton family publicly support.
