Man caught on dating app while shopping with girlfriend: 'Watch how fast he closed that message'

If there's one thing cheaters are good at, it's multitasking – and one man has seemingly demonstrated this by exchanging messages with a potential hookup on Hinge while shopping with a woman assumed to be his girlfriend.

A fellow shopper who was standing behind the man got a good look at his phone, and began filming, later sharing the video on TikTok @hairbyparis.

She captioned the footage: "When your [sic] cheating on a dating app while with your lady..."

She then zooms into his phone, and a conversation on Hinge with a woman named Katie is clearly visible.

The man is exchanging messages while waiting for food, and then the woman he's with walks up behind him. He quickly turns off the screen on his phone.

At this point the fellow shopper filming him adds the caption: "Watch how fast he closed that message."

The video has been viewed 121,000 times, with many expressing sympathy for the girlfriend.

"If you think I paused the video and turned my head to read those text messages, you are correct," writes one.

Others hope this video helps to out the man.

"Wow… The universe is always on time. Either her or her friends will see this," one TikTok user comments.

Another says, "Hope his gf sees this tiktok lol."

"And may she come across this video.. Amen," says another.

"I would have told her," one person comments, while another adds, "That's why I don't trust none of them."
