A shopper who purchased the over shoulder neck fan admitted she "laughed out loud" when she first saw it but is now singing its praises.

Renovator Jess Brouwer shared her review on Instagram the product as a part of her "Friday Finds" content.
After initialing laughing at the product, she was converted to its brilliance when she gave it a go.
"Bought one and tried it.. AND it's actually pretty genius! Keep cool and the flies out of your face all in one. I'm totally using this for those hot days out in the garden," she said.

Brouwer's followers were equally impressed by the product.

The over shoulder light up fan sits around your neck and blows air in any direction, making it the perfect portable accessory for staying cool.
It comes with three speed settings and is available in lilac purple and navy blue colours.
