British content creator Levi-Meriah took to the social media platform to reveal the 'correct' way to secure a dressing gown and the results were shocking.

In the clip, Levi-Mariah demonstrated her unique method, which guarantees a snug, draft-free fit for cosier evenings.

Captioning the video, she wrote: "I was today years old when I found out how to tie my dressing gown properly. Who else knew this?"

"Now I've done it this way I'm never going back. My dressing gown has never felt better," she concluded, sending fans into a frenzy.

To tie yours in the 'correct' way, thread the gown's belt through the loops at the front of the gown instead of wrapping it around your body and into the loops at the side.

The creative technique anchors the belt to the front, allowing the gown to wrap securely around the body without leaving any gaps.

A simple and effective hack, Levi-Mariah's video caught the attention of fans internationally, sparking a divisive debate in the comment section.

"Wow such a great idea!! I have sensory problems and hate the part around my back especially when I'm laying down or leaning back, love thisss thank you girlyyy," one user wrote.
