A $3.50 cake plate is the latest The Reject Shop buy to have shoppers in a frenzy.

The happy hour cake plates are sold individually and come in four different designs with each featuring a different colour striped pattern around a wavy edge and dining-related words in the centre.

Shopper Nicole Palozzi picked up all four during a recent trip to the store. She shared her The Reject Shop haul in a video on TikTok.

"I'm not going to stop, I'm not going to stop – The Reject Shop is my new place to shop. These little cake plates, they were $3 ($3.50). I had to get all of them," she said before showing the candles, candlestick holder and decorative tray she also purchased.

The happy hour plates are considered to be dupes of In the Roundhouse's Italian side plate range, which is priced at $80 for a set of four.

That means if you bought all four of The Reject Shop's cake plates you'd be paying just $14 for an entire set in a similar tableware style.

Palozzi wasn't the only one gushing over the cute plates, with plenty in the comments section of the video adoring them too.

The cake plates are just one of many gorgeous new products to hit The Reject Shop's shelves recently with the launch of the new Havana and Jungle ranges.

Homewares in the Havana collection feature bright colours and fruit-themed designs such as the banana-shaped plate, salt & pepper shaker and fruit bowl.
