Dry cleaner's quick trick for removing coffee stains while out and about
There are few things more frustrating than heading out for the day dressed in clean clothes only to spill coffee on your shirt and spend the day with a stain on it.
It doesn't have to be that way, though, thanks to a simple hack from fourth generation dry cleaner Zachary Pozniak.
He shared the trick in a TikTok video adding that "the guide will also work for wine and tea".

"Here's how to remove coffee stains while out and about. I'm a dry cleaner so pay attention – people love this trick," he said.
The best part about the stain removal process is you can do it while you're wearing the clothes.
To remove the coffee stain you'll need "two towels, napkins, or paper towels. A drop or two of dish soap. And a bit of water."
One of those towels/napkins needs to be placed behind the stain.
Add a little water and dish soap to the other towel/napkin and use that to dab the stain.
"Dab – do not rub. Up and down motions," Pozniak said.

The dry cleaner proved how well the stain removal process worked by doing it on his own shirt and wearing it while it dried.
"You'll have a wet spot for 30-60 minutes but it's better than a stain all day," he said.
After 23 minutes the wet patch on Pozniak's shirt was dry and the coffee stain gone.
The hack was a hit with the dry cleaner's followers who know the furstration of wearing a coffee stain all day.
"I may finally be able to drink my coffee with a shirt on now before leaving the house. get up earlier to enjoy or sleep a little and chug a quick cup ??" one commented.
The dry cleaner's TikTok page is an incredible resource for any sort of stain or washing dilemma.
In recent weeks he's also shared how to clean white sneakers, remove yellow sweat stains from shirts and given an insight into how dry cleaners remove wrinkles.
Pozniak's advice has become so renowned he's even written a book aptly title The Laundry Book, which is out in October.
