'90 poached eggs and 35kg of yoghurt': This is what it takes to fuel the Australian Olympic swim team
Its no mean feat to feed an entire Olympic team as they prepare to represent their country on the global stage.
But it's a challenge that chef Chris Jarmer has taken in his stride as he works as the private chef for Australia's Olympic swim team.
The talented chef, who has been working with the Australian swimmers for the past five weeks, spoke to Karl Stefanovic and Sarah Abo on The Today Show about just how much it takes to feed them.

In just one morning, Jarmer is serving up unbelievable amounts of food to cater to the high energy needs of more than 75 athletes and staff.
"We're going through 8kg of fresh berries every morning and about 8kg of scrambled eggs, 90 poached eggs per morning and I've calculated 35kg of yoghurt per day – they love their yoghurt," Jarmer told Stefanovic and Abo.
Thankfully Jarmer says the facilities he's working with are making it possible to pump out such high volumes of food with ease.
"In one go I could be cooking up to 30kg of protein, then there is the rice and the pasta and the potatoes for the carbs," he said.

Jarmer is working hard to create a menu for the athletes that is enjoyable and also covers their nutrition needs. Today
As for whether the athletes are leaning into any home comforts during their time in France, Jarmer says he hasn't seen much Vegemite going around.
"There were a couple of athletes who have brought their own crunchy peanut butter but I haven't seen any Vegemite," he said.
"[But] we have had some really good Australian beef delivered last minute for a good taste of home before they head to Paris."
In collaboration with their dietitians, Jarmer has been making sure to provide the athletes with the proper nutrition they require to be at peak performance.
But that hasn't stopped some of the more adventurous athletes to try escargot on their night off, Jarmer says.
For Jarmer though, he is focused on creating a menu that makes the athletes feel as though they are at home away from home.
"The athletes are happy and they're training well and eating well at the same time so they're going very well."
