Victoria Beckham has a 'catwalk' in her home gym but here's what it really is
Victoria Beckham is the epitome of fashion and elegance.
The fashion designer and beauty mogul lives and breathes all things fashion and beauty even when she's breaking a sweat in the gym.
Beckham took to her Instagram Story with a new selfie posing on her very own "catwalk" in her home gym.

"I'm very excited that someone put a catwalk in my gym," she said. "I mean how cool is this?"
Beckham is often found on or near a runway for her work and now she's brought the world of high fashion to her home gym.
Although instead of showcasing models in heels and exciting new designs, Beckham's so called "catwalk" is actually better known as a sled track, which is used for sled pushing workouts.
Popular in many circuit training routines and functional fitness gyms, sled pushing is an effective workout for full body strength and cardio fitness.
It involves, as the name suggests, pushing a sled loaded with weights along a sled track for a certain distance.
The weights can be altered to suit an individual's strength and abilities and is an effective functional training exercise that engages many different muscle areas at once.

While it may not be designed as a runway, Beckham is proving that is has multiple uses.
She looked strong as she posed on the home gym "catwalk" wearing her black athleisure set and posing with her gym towel.
This is a regular occurrence for Beckham, who works out three to five times a week with her trainer Bobby Rich, per British Vogue.
At the moment, her workouts are focused on weightlifting to build her strength which has helped her feel ""stronger than [she] did when [she] was 20", per Grazia.
