The popular retailer released a new sports belt for fitness lovers, but it hasn't lasted on shelves for long.

Online content creator Shani Chantelposted a video reviewing the $6 sporting buy that sparked a frenzy, describing it as "probably one of my best investments".

The belt, which comes in four colours, black, green, blue and pink, offers users a convenient way to carry their belongings during outdoor activities.

It was so popular, it sold out online.

"I never run without my phone, I live in a really busy area and you never know what could happen, so it fits my phone perfectly in the little belt section here," Chantel explained in her video.

The TikToker went on to show how she stores her belongings in the band, revealing its unexpected spaciousness and a unique feature.

"It's got this really sturdy little clip-in belt," Chantel said.

"The reason I'm highlighting that is because I've had a few of these and this part is always like a tiny little clip and it just doesn't keep it in place, so the wide band really just stops it from moving around and it's adjustable."

The Kmart product can be worn around your waist and as a crossbody, which Chantel says makes it "perfect".
