Eliud Kipchoge has just revealed his favourite running songs but there's a catch
If you're a runner, you'll know that going for a run without some sort of music playing is not an easy feat.
Playing your favourite tunes in your ears is the best way to hype you up and get you through that 5k you've been putting off. It's so much better than listening to your heaving breath and your feet pounding the pavement below.
Even the running world's biggest pros agree that music is a great training tool.

Eliud Kipchoge is the fastest marathon runner in the world and even he can be found bopping along to his favourite songs while out on a training run.
An ambassador for Shokz, Kipchoge has partnered with the brand to launch some limited-edition headphones and revealed his top five favourite songs to run to.
The playlist is a mixed bag and his number one song is one you may not expect.
The elite runner, 40, revealed to Shokz that he is a huge Kelly Clarkson fan and loves blasting her song Stronger during his training runs.

As for his other four favourite songs, well coming in at number two is another banger – Coat of Many Colours by country legend Dolly Parton.
Number three is a nod to his home country with a song called Kenya by Kenyan rapper and singer Nyashinski.
Then taking out place four and five is another country legend with Kipchoge's favourite songs being The Gambler and Coward of The Country.
Each of these songs helps keep Kipchoge motivated during his runs. Supplied
Each of these songs, Kipchoge tells Shokz, helps keep him motivated during his runs and plays a crucial role in his mental preparation.
But here's the kicker.
Elite marathon runners, like Kipchoge, are generally not permitted to listen to music throughout their races due to official safety concerns.
So when he's racing down a trophy or a new record, Kipchoge doesn't have Kelly Clarkson and Dolly Parton to cheer him on.
But during his training runs, they're right there in his ears serenading him through kilometer after kilometer.
