John Aiken decodes the language a 'commitmentphobe' may use
Dating a 'commitmentphobe' may be a type of person we come across in our love lives — and there are some key phrases and signs you should look out for.
Typically, a commimentphobe is charactisered by an inability to make concrete plans for the future, put a "label" on things, or even arrange a time regularly to pursue a romance.
However, while we may think they take the form of a "player" or a "ghoster", relationship expert and MAFS judge John Aiken says there are some more subtle "red flags" that we need to note.

John says even phrases as seemingly harmless as "I've got a lot on my plate right now," are simply code for a commitmentphobe.
He says to look out for "times when they say 'you know what, I'm not particularly serious when it comes to relationships'."

The relationship expert also says unsung cues like "running late" are another key point that they're avoiding building a solid partnership with you.
Or, more obviously, John says "they might also never give you a sense of future plans."
