Stranded former princess posts Tik Tok with daughters during self-isolation

The mystique of Tik Tok has captured people around the world, and now it seems even members of the royal family aren't immune.

Nepal's former Crown Princess Himani Shah and her two daughters are the latest people to post a family dance routine on the popular platform.

Captioning the video "We got it from our momma!" the girls dance alongside their mother, showing off a series of sensual moves to a popular Nepalese song.

Shah has been in isolation with her daughter Purnika and Kritika in Thailand, as global travel restrictions were imposed to contain the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.

Stranded while on a trip to visit her children, who are currently completing their studies in the country, the three were forced to stay together.

Since then, it appears they've taken a liking to the viral streaming platform.

Gushing over their mum, Purnika wrote in the video caption, "we honestly have an amazing mother."

Dressed in all black, the trio swayed and moved to the music, forming love hearts with their hands and pointing them to the camera.

The former Princess's debut appearance on Tik Tok quickly caught the attention of the internet, as users celebrated her appearance.

"She is an amazing human being," wrote one user.

"I watched this more than 1000 times and it's still not enough," commented another.

The video has since been liked by over 43 000 users, and viewed more than 400 000 times.

Himani Shah is the wife of the former heir apparent to the throne of Nepal, crown prince Paras.

While the video has been shared thousands of times, the former crown Prince also reposted the footage, captioning it "My family".

On May 28, 2008, Nepal removed their monarchy from power and the country declared itself a democratic republic by an elected assembly. 

King Gyanendra, then the monarch, was given 15 days to leave the royal palace. 

Despite this, former Crown Princess Himani Shah remains popular among the Nepalese public.

In 2018, she was named the most attractive woman of the year by Nepali magazine Saptahik.
