Woolworths brings back cult 'baby' slow cooker for just $16
Woolworths is bringing back their cult $20 slow cooker — but this time around, it's even cheaper.
The supermarket giant has slashed the price of more than 220 winter essentials both in-store and online in time for the chilly season.
Leading the charge is their wildly popular Adesso Slow Cooker, retailing for just $16 this time around.

At that price, it's cheaper than a cafe breakfast.
The 1.5L "baby" appliance features a ceramic bowl, is dishwasher safe, Low, High and Warm settings, a power light indicator, easy-grip handles, and is small enough to easily stow away or wash in a domestic sink.

The affordable Adesso-branded device has garnered a cult following among Woolies shoppers, with Facebook users even campaigning to "save the baby slow cooker from extinction" a few years ago.
But this will be the first time it retails for just $16, a revelation sure to spark a frenzy among fans.

The price drop includes both grocery items and cookware ranges, including their popular Decor storage containers dropped by up to $4.

There are also savings on popular medicinal products as we move into cold and flu season, including throat lozenges, cold and flu tablets, cough medicine and a decongestant.

Woolworths' Director of Buying Paul Harker said the company were committed to ensuring customers got the most value out of a shop.

"The prices dropped represent our commitment to giving customers the most value each time they shop with us, and covers a range of winter essentials, making roasts, warm beverages, bakeware, storage, and medicine more affordable," he said.
"Customers will also find a great selection of convenient winter warmers for chilly nights, such as Italian Style Chicken Roasting Portions and Woolworths soups."
