Woman dubbed 'kitchen god' for simple butter spreading hack

One woman has been dubbed a "kitchen god" for her simple yet revolutionary butter spreading hack.

Posting to TikTok as @roxy.369, the video demonstrates the UK woman using a small hand-held sieve, running it over the surface of a block of cold, hard butter. The butter sprouts out through the holes of the sieve, creating what one commenter called "angel hair butter."

"This is hard butter right out of the fridge and this means you can spread it no problem," the creator explained in the comment section.

Commenters were amazed at the simplicity of the hack.

"The way my jaw dropped," said one.

"It took 10x before my brain worked through how simple it is but never would have come to me...Thank you kitchen god," wrote another.

Others questioned the efficiency of the hack, saying that the clean up of the sieve would be worse.

"I need the hack for cleaning it afterwards," said one commenter.
