Top chef behind Oscars menu at Governors Ball
Wolfgang Puck is hardly a newcomer to the Oscars.
The US based chef has been overseeing the Governors Ball menu for 25 years and is well accustomed to catering for Hollywood’s elite.
Once again, the legendary chef has returned with big plans for this years traditional gourmet event, and has elevated his menu to reflect current groundbreaking food trends.

All 1500 Oscars guests can expect to be treated to a 30 plus dish menu, with some of his signature comfort dishes taking centre stage.
But it’s the new dishes on the menu that might catch attendees by surprise.
Puck has integrated a hot dish of Nashville style hot chicken, which a throwback to his mother’s cooking in Austria. There will be lobster corn dogs, and an assortment of pizzas and mini burgers.
Other classics like the smoked salmon Oscar topped with caviar will return to the menu.

From chicken pot pie, to a macaroni and cheese that’s infused with winter truffle – the sky is the limit.
There will also be a Japanese raw bar station, which will serve made to order dishes at an extravagant ice bar.
Dessert will feature a selection of cookies and a 24 Karat dusted Valharona Oscars among other decadent treats that sounds too good to be true.
Who needs an Oscar when you get to indulge in this extravagant degustation?
