When people first started posting photos to social media, it became clear Wingstop was officially headed Down Under, but we had no official confirmation from the brand itself.

Now, Wingstop has finally confirmed that Australia's first restaurant will be welcoming eager customers from May 17 with a grand opening kicking off at 11 AM complete with free wings, limited edition merchandise giveaways and 'special appearances'.

The restaurant is going to be located at 1/11 Darlinghurst Rd, Potts Point, and will be open from 11am to 2am every day.

In terms of what's going to be on the menu, you can expect all the Wingstop classics.
